Programs

Kids Training (Ages 9-12)

Designed to develop body awareness and physical capabilities of young athletes.  Programs are structured to incorporate basic bodyweight movements, conditioning and basic strength development using function weightlifting exercise.  Our classes are a safe and effective environment for youth of all levels and fitness backgrounds. 

Teen
Training

Designed to develop strength, speed, coordination and conditioning in the teen athletes.  Participants will be taught and required to demonstrate same movement and proper technique before adding intensity.  They will be challenged mentally and physically in preparation for the rigorous training of sport. 

Sports Specific Training

RSC provides sport specific training programs on an individual and team basis.  From Summer football camps to volleyball team training, our expert staff incororates the demands of your sport in to our strength and conditioning training so that you can gain a competitive edge and maximize your potential.  .
